Vera Markovna Orlova ((ロシア語:Ве́ра Ма́рковна Орло́ва); May 25, 1918 — September 16, 1993) was a Soviet Russian actress. She graduated from the Moscow theatrical school in 1942 and started to work at the Mayakovsky Theater in Moscow. In 1974, she transferred to the Lenkom Theater.〔Kino-teatr.ru. For many years, she also led the Sunday radio broadcast ''S dobrym utrom!'' (Good morning!).〔 A serious foot disease in the mid-1980s made it difficult for her to work.
